
Griselda Lloyd, Ph.D.,LMFT
Dr. Lloyd is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently practicing at CORE Mental Health Services, a clinic which she started. CORE Mental Health Services centers around Medical Family Therapy, Trauma and Attachment Informed Therapies to help individuals, couples, and families address communication patterns that leave them feeling stuck and disconnected. Dr. Lloyd works with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with both mental and physical health issues. Whether it is physical (such as diabetes cancer, and chronic pain) or mental (such as anxiety, depression, and trauma), health issues you are trying to work out, she focuses on personal and relational healing. She has also worked with and helped Military and Police Couples manage the various unique stressors in their lives.
Dr. Lloyd completed her undergraduate degree graduating with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from San Diego State University. Furthering her education she graduated with a Masters of Science in Behavioral Science from Cameron University, followed by her PhD in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. Dr. Lloyd is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Rachelle Kitchen, MA, LMFT, LCADC
Is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Rachelle works with adolescents and adults struggling with addiction or maintaining recovery as well as individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues or relationship conflicts. She utilizes attachment- informed therapies and emotionally focused techniques to help them explore the roots of their addiction or mental health issues to discover and sustain long term recovery. Rachelle received a Bachelors of Science, in Psychology from Ashford University, a Master of Arts, in Psychology from University and Phoenix, and a Master in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Cynthia Mras, CPC-Intern
Cynthia Mras is a CPC-intern, a Clinical Professional Counselor intern currently practicing at CORE Mental Health Services. Cynthia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in counseling, emphasis on addiction treatment and prevention at Nevada State College. She then completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.A.) at Liberty University while obtaining her internship hours at CORE Mental Health Services. Cynthia is also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and processing) therapy to help individuals process trauma while building internal coping skills..
As a CPC-Intern, Cynthia’s approach to therapy is a warm, client-centered, non-judgmental, unconditional positive regard in helping individuals, families, children, and has a strong passion for working with adolescents. She believes that the client is the expert in their own story, and are capable of empowering their lives, as such, Cynthia’s goal is to develop a collaboration relationship with the client while utilizing encouragement, CBT, Adlerian, EMDR, and/or play therapy from a Strength-based approach that is individually tailored to meet their needs in their healing journey.

Drew Clayton, CPC-Intern
Drew is a Clinical Professional Counselor-Intern. Drew is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals of all ages. She is EMDR trained and her approach is client-centered, with a strong emphasis on emotional processing and trauma-informed care. Drew believes in meeting clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward healing. Whether you are navigating everyday stress or coping with more severe mental health struggles, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and respect. She received her undergraduate degrees in from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Communications and Psychology. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

Bill Lounds, CPC-Intern
Is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Intern. Bill works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families and is a friend to the LGBTQ and alternate lifestyle communities. Bill provides psycho-education and utilizes a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavior, Trauma and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to assist clients understand the connection between throughs, emotions, and behavior and how those connect to current and previously experiences and trauma. Bill has a wide range of life experiences, allowing him to relate personally to various jobs, situations, and life experiences. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Las Vegas, and his Master of Science in Counseling Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix.

Teyha Bahe, MFT-Intern
Is a Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern. Teyha’s approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and insight-oriented. She integrates Collaborative Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients identify emotional patterns, better understand their internal experiences, and shift cycles that contribute to distress. She works with individuals, couples, and children, with a special interest in young adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges. Teyha believes therapy is a collaborative process, but meaningful change happens when clients actively engage in creating their own solutions. She provides a warm and supportive space while offering clear direction and thoughtful challenge, helping clients strengthen emotional awareness and move forward with greater clarity and resilience. Teyha earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and is completing her clinical internship hours while providing therapeutic services. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), helping clients work through trauma while building stronger coping skills and greater self-understanding.

Craig Martin, CPC-Trainee
Is a CPC-Trainee working on his Masters in Professional Counseling. He is working under the supervision of Rachelle Kitchen. He works with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or worn down by patterns that have been hard to change. Craig focuses on the impact of difficult early relationships and traumatic experiences, recognizing that many current struggles began as ways of coping during times that felt unsafe or overwhelming. His approach to therapy as a collaborative and respectful process. He believes meaningful change begins with helping people make sense of their experiences and understand the patterns shaping their responses to stress, conflict, and loss, while considering the influence of family, work, and life circumstances. In sessions, he strives to create a steady, non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, develop greater clarity, and move toward meaningful change. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University. He is currently completing his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School and works under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

Jennifer Steiner, MFT-Trainee
Is a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee. Jennifer’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. She believes that you are the expert of your own story and that therapy should be a safe space where you feel valued, heard, and supported. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based approaches, Family Systems theory, mindfulness practices, and emotional expression work, Jennifer partners with clients to build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier communication patterns. She is pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through Touro University Worldwide. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from California Lutheran University. Jennifer has over 23 years of experience as a secondary educator, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of adolescent development, family systems, and the emotional challenges individuals and families face across life transitions. She works with children, teens, individuals, and families navigating anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, and relational stress.
Her goal is to support clients in expanding self-compassion, reclaiming inner strength, and reintegrating joy into daily life.
